Returns & Refunds

As most of our products are custom-made and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Premium Square Photo Magnets
• Islamic Fridge Magnets
• Bulk Orders
• Any other personalised or custom-made products
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Exchanges

As all personalised products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer. Please ensure all uploaded photos and personalisation details are correct before placing your order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
